Prickly Pear Sour is a refreshing and light beer for the summertime. This wheat beer is brewed with sea salt and coriander during fermentation, a typical attribute of the Gose style. We added prickly pear puree to bring out the punchy, slightly sour, and sweet notes. It has aromas of candied watermelon, light mango, and a touch of citrus. Flavors of watermelon, citrus-like tartness, orange, lemon/lime, and a touch of salinity. Prickly Pear Sour has a bright and crisp finish which will make you want to come back for more. 🍻
